Q:How long does it take for orders to get sent? Do you charge shipping & handling?
A:We will dispatch your orders within 24 hours after confirmation, and we will not charge for shipping or handling. Shipping rates and times depends on the shipping methods you choose.

Q:How does customer claim the refund and return?
A:Step1. Please offer your order number from Holife official website or Amazon you bought the products.

Step2. Describe the problems, or upload some images about the problem, send the issues you claim to support@holife.com

Step3. Our support team will reply the issue and offer solutions within 24 hours.

Step4. If you are not completely satisfied with our products and need to return the products, please note the followings

  • Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
  • The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
  • It might be necessary to return an item for quality inspection

Step5. Offer your tracking number to support@holife.com and the refund will be arranged to your Amazon Account within 24 hours.

Q:Why the red Light flashes when handheld vacuum charging?
A:Please push the power/on button switch to the OFF end. Then problem will be solved.
If the problem still exsited, Please tell us the following information for further confirmation, If we can not fix it, we will send you a new one.
1.Please check and tell us the SN code of the product, Such as 17J12.
2.How long the problem happened after you use it?
3.Will this issue happen all the time?
 
Q:Why the function of suction is poor?
A:For your issue, please follow these tips to have a try:
Step1. Please make sure that the Vacuum Cleaner was fully charged. The suction of Vacuum Cleaner is strongest when it was in fully charged state.
Step2. Please clean the dust in the dust cup on time and keep the filter clean.
Step3. Please try with the the flat suction and oval suction to test whether it will get better.
Step4. We will much appreciated that you can tell us more details about your use environment to confirm further the issue.
 
Q:Why handheld vacuum can not charged,the indicator does not turn on?
A:Please kindly try below instruction to see whether it would work:
Step1.If the indicator light is not on, please replug the adapter.
Step2.Please take the product off the charging base and put it back on it to see if it will charge normally.
If the problem still exsited, please tell us the following information for further confirmation. If we can not fix it, we will send you a new one.

Q:Why handheld vacuum is fully charged, but does not work?
A: Please kindly try below instruction to see whether it would work:
Step1.If the indicator light is not on, please replug the adapter.

Q:Why handheld vacuum has noise when use?
A:Step1.Please check it carefully and confirm where the noise came from.
Step2.If there is foreign matter inside of the item, please remove the vacuum cleaner dust cup and shake the product down to see if the foreign object can fall out.
 
Q:Why the Buckle is easily broken?
A: Please offer us some photos about the broken part. We will forward it to our supplier.
Beside, there are some tips about the item. Please pay attention to them in future:
1. Please make sure the filter screen is installed in place when installing the dust collecting cup in the future. Make sure the filter is installed in place before installing it. Do not forced installation.
2. Before taking out the dust collecting cup, please press the release button.

Q:Can the 036BW handheld vacuum be used for liquid mess?
A:Yes, it can absorb liquid with rubber nozzle.

Q: Charging Instruction?

A: - Indicator: Shows red when charging, turns green when fully charged. The green indicator light should be lit when it is working.

- Charge time: 3.5-4 hours; Running time: 70-90 mins.

- When the battery power is low, the unit would power off and flash in red indicator light for 30 seconds.

 

Q: Plugged the charger in but the red indicator light is not lit?

A: Press the Power Button once again, red indicator light should come on. Check the outlet to ensure if there is power or change to charge in a different wall plug.

 

Q: I charged the unit but it still does not work, though the green indicator light is on?

A: Be sure that the main handle is connected firmly with the extension handle. Please follow the steps below to test if the main handle can be used without extension handle.

  1. Take the middle part ( extension arm) off, connect the front part and the end part, turn it on to test will the spin scrubber work?
  2. If it can work, reconnect the front part, middle part and end part back firmly, turn the power on to test again.

Q: It doesn't clean well?

A: It works better when using it with all sorts of cleaner. It is suggested to spray some cleaning product on the dirty spot and let it sit for half an hour, so you can use the scrubber to brush it off easier.

 

Q: How to clean the scrubber?

A: Please remove the brush head and rinse it with water or clean it more thoroughly with cleaner. Clean the main body of scrubber with a soft cloth wiping the surfaces. Do not submerge it, or shower it in water.

Q: Where to store the scrubber?

A: Store it in a dry, not humid place after using instead of in bathroom or in any humid/ damp places to prolong its service life.
