Case 3: If you still cannot find any order information on My Order, please send your order number and the screenshot of the failure page to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our support team will solve your problems within 24 hours.

Q6:What isn’t covered by the warranty?
1.The product is over 12 months (over 24 months for Holife VIPs) and it is damaged by the customers themselves.
2.Pending, Cancel and Refund orders in Amazon store are not covered by the warranty.
